Case against Wilbur Ballesteros is stayed as a result of his bankruptcy filing.

St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company has filed an interpleader action in federal court. The Case number is 08-02487 RWT

Sussex Title formerly know as Cap Title filed for bankruptcy. Sussex was not included as a defendant in the First Amended Complaint because of the bankruptcy
